By making a reservation with Ambassador Limousine ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
All reservations must be made in advance either online through our reservation portal or by phone at (404) 555-9876. A reservation is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from Ambassador Limousine. All reservations are subject to vehicle availability.
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup time, pickup location, drop-off location, and number of passengers. Ambassador Limousine is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from inaccurate information provided at the time of booking.
Payment is required at the time of booking for standard reservations. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed through our secure payment system. Corporate accounts may arrange invoicing on NET 30 terms with prior approval.
All quoted rates are in US dollars and include base charges. Gratuity (18–20%), applicable tolls, and parking fees will be itemized and added to the final invoice.
Airport pickups include a complimentary wait time of 45 minutes from the actual flight arrival time. Standard pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time. Wait time beyond these limits is billed at the prevailing hourly rate for the vehicle.
Extra stops, route changes requested during the trip, and tolls incurred during the ride will be added to the final invoice.
All passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful and respectful manner. Ambassador Limousine reserves the right to terminate a trip immediately without refund if any passenger:
The Client is responsible for any damage caused to an Ambassador Limousine vehicle by the Client or their guests during the trip. A minimum cleaning/damage fee of $250 will be assessed for excessive mess (vomiting, spills, etc.), with actual repair costs charged for any vehicle damage.
Ambassador Limousine is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, mechanical failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal property left in our vehicles, though we will make every reasonable effort to return found items.
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific trip in question.
For airport pickups, please provide your flight number so we may monitor your flight status. Ambassador Limousine is not responsible for missed pickups resulting from flight changes not communicated to us.
Ambassador Limousine reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
