Booking & Reservations

We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance for standard trips. For weddings, proms, large group events, and high-demand holidays (New Year's Eve, Super Bowl weekend, The Masters), we recommend booking 2–4 weeks ahead to ensure your preferred vehicle is available. That said, we can often accommodate last-minute requests — just call us and we'll do our best.

Yes! Our online reservation system is available 24/7 at our Reservations page. You can select your vehicle, enter your pickup details, and pay securely. You'll receive an instant email and SMS confirmation. You can also call us at (404) 555-9876 to book by phone.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the trip cost. No-shows are charged the full trip rate. For special events (weddings, prom, large group charters), different terms may apply — these will be outlined in your booking confirmation. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel.

Airport Service

Absolutely. We track all inbound flights in real-time using your flight number. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust your chauffeur's pickup time accordingly — at no extra charge. You don't need to call us. We'll be there when you land.

At Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), your chauffeur will meet you at the baggage claim level with a sign displaying your name. For terminals T, A, B, C, D, E, and F — your chauffeur will be at the ground transportation/pickup area on the lower level. Your driver's contact information is provided in your booking confirmation so you can reach them directly upon landing.

Fleet & Vehicles

The main factors are your group size and the occasion. For 1–2 passengers on business travel, our executive sedans (Volvo S90 or Mercedes-Benz S580) are ideal. For families or groups of up to 7, choose a Cadillac Escalade ESV or Denali Yukon. For celebrations with up to 10 guests, our stretch limousines are perfect. For groups of 13, our Mercedes Sprinter vans are excellent. For larger groups, choose our 28, 38, or 56-passenger coaches. Not sure? Get a quote and we'll recommend the right vehicle for you.

Every vehicle in our fleet is inspected, detailed, and serviced before every trip. We maintain a strict preventive maintenance schedule and replace vehicles on a regular cycle to ensure you always ride in a late-model vehicle. Our fleet is fully licensed and insured, meeting all Georgia GPSC requirements.

Pricing & Payment

Your quoted rate includes the chauffeur, fuel, standard tolls, and basic amenities (water bottles in all vehicles). Gratuity (typically 18–20%) is added to the final bill — it's clearly shown before you complete your booking. There are no hidden fees. Any additional stops, extended wait times, or upgrades requested during your ride will be itemized and communicated before being charged.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through our online booking system powered by Stripe. Corporate accounts can also be invoiced on NET 30 terms. We do not accept cash or checks for standard bookings.

Yes — we operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and all other holidays. Holiday surcharges may apply on peak dates, which will be shown transparently in your booking quote.

Yes. We serve the greater Atlanta metro area including Alpharetta, Duluth, Marietta, Roswell, Sandy Springs, Smyrna, Lawrenceville, Peachtree City, and more. Through our trusted partner network, we can also arrange premium car service in Washington DC, San Francisco, Orlando, Chicago, Boston, and other major cities nationwide. Passengers who are 21 years of age or older may consume alcohol in our stretch limousines and party vehicles where consumption is permitted by Georgia law. All passengers must comply with all applicable laws. Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service or end a trip if passenger behavior becomes disorderly or unsafe.
